The program allows participants to develop a deep, Art of War strategic perspective towards decisions as related to the real-world business involving aspects such as management accounting, budgeting, procurement, project financing, merger and acquisitions, risk assessments.
In addition, this program is specially designed to help you achieve this by sharpening your strategic thinking skills. This is critical for analyzing global changes and formulating the right responses. With the rapid rise of China as a leading global player, there is also an urgent need for a mastery of Chinese approaches to management and strategy.
The program will start by outlining the key principles in the Art of War through case studies of historical battle plans and using these to analyse real life events in the corporate environment through and assignments and activities.
